Bayside Townhouse

Our townhouse is fully-furnished including appliances and electronics.  The kitchen includes a full-size range/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and disposal.  Small appliances include a coffee maker,and grinder mixer, slow cooker, and toaster.

There is a 55-inch TV with DVD player in the living room and a smaller TV and player in the den which is perfect for a second area to watch movies or play video games;  A selection of DVDs is available and your are also welcome to bring your own DVDs or a video game system  Both televisions have access to streaming and live TV including Netflix, Prime and Pluto live TV.  WiFi is available for concurrent connection of up-to three devices..

The main deck is directly through double sliding doors off the living room and includes tables and chairs for eight, a grill, and a hose for rinsing off after the beach.

There is a one-car garage and room for a second car in the drive.  If you have over two vehicles there is overflow parking approximately 100 yards away.

Rooms are arranged as follows:

• Ground floor-  kitchen, dining and living areas, garage, sheltered deck and half bath.

• Second floor - bedrooms 1, 2 and den, small deck, two full baths

• Third floor - bedroom 3 and full bath
