The house is arranged to sleep up-to ten comfortably in three bedrooms plus den:

• Bedroom 1 has a king bed, en-suite full bathroom, walk-in closet and private balcony

• Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, large closet and full bathroom.

• Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, two twin beds and en-suite full bathroom.

• Bedroom 4 (den) has a queen futon.  This room can serve as a second living area to read or watch TV.

Rooms are arranged as follows:

• Ground floor-  kitchen, dining and living areas, garage, sheltered deck and half bath.

• Second floor - bedrooms 1, 2 and den, small deck, two full baths

• Third floor - bedroom 3 and full bath

The kitchen/living area includes a table which will seat up-to eight and two additional seats at a breakfast bar.
